Interview with Eddie

Eddie let me do this little interview with him that I've seen floating around the internet. His answer for #20 may be my favorite.

1. What is something mom always says to you?
"No." (Ed--Oh, the irony, my son.)

2. What makes mom happy?
My hugging her.

My hitting her. (Ed.--Not sure where this came from--it's Mari who has the hitting problem right now!)

4. What does your mom do to make you laugh?
Tell me jokes.

5. What was your mom like as a child?
Silly.

6. How old is your mom?
Hmm, 31. No! 36.

I don't know.

8. What is her favorite thing to do?
Play with me.

She probably does work.

To play in a band.

Doing work. (What kind of work, I asked.) Paying taxes.

12. What does your mom do for a job?
She does work.

13. What is your mom's favorite food?
How about mandarin oranges?

14. What makes you proud of your mom?
She gives me hugs.

15. If your mom were a cartoon character, who would she be?
Word Girl (Ed.--Love her!)

This was great. I'm going to have to try it with my little man.

So cute. I liked number ten, too. But twenty is hilarious. Think I need to try this with my Mea.

@makingmonkeysoup - His #10 answer is another one I have no idea where it came from! It's Todd who is the musician in our family. Maybe it's the only way he thinks people can become famous. :)

Apparently when I was about four, my mom asked (sweetly and rhetorically), "What would I do without you?" I said, "Probably some sewing."

I love his answer to #20 -- and it was just what I needed today. Been having a down week in my relationship, but the reminder that I love his belly button couldn't have come at a better time. You guys rock. Now, go do some taxes or sing or something awesome.

Paying taxes indeed.
That was the one I found most hilarious. Paying taxes...
Where did he get that idea from??
