I love 3BT. And I love the smell of sun-warmed baby heads and the first rain. People may doubt me but I insist both of these things have unique scents!
It's great to reflect on the things that we are thankful for. I'm thankful for my life and my family. There is so much beauty in our lives that we fail to see because we are so focused on things that shouldn't really matter in the first place.
This is a sweet post and a great idea. I'm going through some crap times personally and this is a good reminder that not all is bad........in fact, most is good.
i have been unmotivated and mopey at work all day, and this post was a breath of fresh air :)
despite the crappy weather and general blah feeling all day, my beautiful thing today: how tightly he held my hand while we waited in the doctor's office, knowing how much i hate needles and blood.
my three beautiful things today... - that feeling when you wake up from a nap, a nap you don't feel guilty about taking - that distinctly green-ish hue that is appearing on my lawn - my shiny new toaster (silly, but still beautiful)
3 beautiful things in my world. 1.the smile i wake up to each morning when his eyes decide to fully focus after lots of arm & leg streches. 2.the baby hummingbirds growing so big and strong each day in their nest outside in our tree. 3.my nephew who has a sensory disorder feeling pride because he wrote ALL his alphabet letters perfectly!
I am noticing in my first month of ICLW that the happy people on the list are the ones who have adopted. Definately something to think about. The backs of your kids heads are darling. :)
The iris bulbs I just acquired are beautiful in their own way. They will be AMAZINGLY beautiful when they bloom, too. *ICLW* PS I LOVED Puppy's joke! That's too funny!

I'm thankful I don't have to work outside of the house because this insomnia is crazy. :-)
ICLW.
What a beautiful post.
Right now my perfectly mowed lawn (that I didn't have to mow) looks pretty darned good to me.

I love your #1. I am up in Northern NJ, so that first warm day with the sun shining is amazing. I look forward to it all year long.

My son laughing
My Maine Coon Kitten, laying at my feet waiting patiently for me to play with him.
What a wonderful idea!! Number three made me tear up. So sweet.
Here's mine: my husband sent me an e-card this morning, completely unexpected. It was a great start to the day. (ICLW)

The sun is shining and my tulips are coming to life.
Stopping by for an ICLW visit...

It is winter on my side of the world.
A great winter moment, is lying on a blanket in the garden with the warm winter sun shining on you.
#1 is a beautiful thing to me, too. I just had my 1st short-sleeve day yesterday!
